DCUO: Wolf Pack Token

 

Step-by-Step

1) Buy the Wolf Pack token from the Marketplace. You can do this on any character as it will appear as a currency across the account.

2) Log on the the character that holds the Level 200 artifact that you want to replicate to all other characters.

3) Go to Constantine in the House of Legends and buy the Wolfpack version of the artifact that you want to replicate. Only the ones at 200 will be available to buy (the others appear in red), so that safeguard is there at least. This will use up the account wide 1 Wolfpack currency.

4) Unequip and unprotect the manually built artifact. Feed that into the level 0 Wolfpack version. This does not use any catalysts or other components.

5) Once you do that, a ticket will appear in your base dispenser. Redeem that and then the Level 200 Wolfpack version will appear in the base dispenser for every character on the account. 

Applications

While this is a very costly item, even on sale, you now have a fully leveled artifact for use on every character on the account, even future ones you create later on! 

This will obviously be most useful to the builds that take advantage of the abilities of the artifact. In that sense, it's almost always worth it to level each new one that comes out, knowing you only have to do it once.

Since it's available to all characters, it doesn't hurt to dispense it even on characters that won't take full advantage of the artifact. You can certainly have it handy in the inventory for situational use or just trying out something non-standard.

Pretty amazing that it's even available to new characters you create. That means once you reach the level to have a base (dispenser) and artifacts, you'd be using a sub-30 character with the innate stats of a level 200 artifact! That's useful for some time even if you're not activating any artifact features!
